One of the founders of the design group FRONT, award-winning designer Katja Pettersson has taken folding IKEAfurniture unitsand covered them with an elastic outer material the same way skin covers our bones and muscles.The unique furniture collection calledSkinhas been made for Stockholm's Crystal contemporary art gallery for temporary exhibitions.The materials covering the IKEA furniture is a readymade combination of tricot and zippers, which decides on the shape of the object.
